Welcome, Michelle Rupitz, RCC! We are pleased to welcome Michelle to our counselling team.

Michelle is currently in the process of becoming eligible for direct billing with extended health insurance providers. During this time, clients may be required to pay for their appointments out of pocket and submit their receipts to their insurance provider for reimbursement. We appreciate your patience while we await her direct billing approvals.

Please note: Jessie Carriere is not accepting new clients at this time.

Our Registered Clinical Counsellors are eligible for coverage under many extended health insurance plans, including Sun Life, GreenShield, ICBC, Pacific Blue Cross, Manulife, Canada Life, Desjardins, and many other TELUS Health Insurers.

Direct billing is not available for Co-op, Medavie Blue Cross, or the BC Medical Services Plan (MSP). Some insurance providers also do not allow direct billing for Registered Clinical Counselling (RCC) services, even when coverage is available. If direct billing is unavailable, payment is due at the time of your appointment, and you may submit your receipt to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
